Cold Storage facilities are designed to keep stored farm commodities at various refrigerated temperature levels. There is no heating or cooling included.
Better qualities include cooler and chilled rooms, and some distribution office facilities. Lower qualities are very plain utilitarian structures and have cooler storage areas only.
These facilities have specialized cooling/freezing equipment. You should use HVAC type 617 (Complete HVAC) for the HVAC in this occupancy, selecting the quality from the following:

Average: Cooler/Chilled Air
Good: Chiller/Freezer
Excellent: Freezer/Sharp Freeze
