These buildings are designed for the long-term environmental storage of vegetables. The low, fair, and good quality Class W are insulated steel envelope-cavity sandwich panels. Low cost includes a dirt floor with center plenum, the fair has an elevated concrete slab floor, while the good quality has a concrete floor with complete elevated ventilated metal deck floor system. The cost includes adequate electrical and water service.
