396 Hog Barn

These barns provide for the breeding, nursery, farrowing and finishing of swine. Costs are averages of the various types that make up a facility. The lower qualities are open curtain-walled, partially floored finishing barns only. There usually is some electrical and water to the pens. Higher quality types have concrete floors and are suitable for Environmental Control Confinement Housing. Most have some type of flushing system.
