323 Fraternal Building

These large multi-purpose buildings are designed for use by fraternal organizations. They generally have an auditorium, kitchen, dining, game rooms and offices. They also often have a large meeting room with movable partitions.

If the building consists primarily of a small auditorium with few additional rooms, use occupancy 311 (Clubhouse). If the building has many sleeping rooms or apartments, use occupancy 310 (City Club).

The following are not included in the costs: Furnishings, kitchen equipment, lockers and athletic equipment.
