185 Truck Wash

A large truck, RV, or municipal fleet type operation self drive-thru wash with either or both an automated roll-over robot tunnel, or manual wand wash.  They are usually constructed of masonry, steel panels, or wood frame with siding or stucco. Costs include the basic building drive-thru shell and equipment area with concrete floor, sump and basic electrical.

The following are not included in the costs: Wash equipment, signage and yard improvements outside the building lines.

For Service Stations use occupancy 408 (Service Station), for Car Washes, Drive-Thru use occupancy 435 (Car Wash, Drive-Thru), and for Food Booths use occupancy 465 (Prefabricated Food Booth).
