Editing Custom Components

To edit (change) a custom component:

1. After logging into SwiftEstimator, select the Tools option, then select the Custom Components option.  The Custom Components option screen displays.

2. If the component you want to delete is not in the "Existing Custom Components" list, search for it as follows:

• On the first line of the "Existing Custom Components" section, select one of the search options following "Show."

• If necessary, enter the required additional search text (see Custom Component Search Options for details).

• Click the Search button to list the components matching the search options and text.

3. Click "edit" under "Options" for the component you want to change.

4. When the Edit Custom Component screen displays, change any information that needs changes.  See Custom Component Data for details.

5. Click OK on the Edit Custom Component screen to save the changes and return to the Custom Components screen.
