They include an amount of office and personnel support space commensurate with the quality of the building (typically 1 to 5 percent). Support areas typically have plaster or drywall interior partitions and have finished ceilings. The better qualities have large cafeterias and kitchens. Heating and ventilating facilities are sufficient to protect goods from freezing and other spoilage.
