These larger buildings, typically between 10,000 and 30,000 square feet, are usually built under lease agreements with the Federal Government Postal Department. The exteriors vary, but generally include some ornamentation even at the low quality levels. Interiors are plaster or drywall. The area associated with each of these segments varies due to the overall size of the building and community served.
