530 Cafeteria

These structures will have large, open dining rooms for self-service of large groups. They include commercial as well as institutional facilities with a combination of the following areas: Consumption, production, serving, receiving and storage, sanitation, and restrooms. They include all necessary plumbing and electrical connections for kitchen equipment.

Since cafeterias have higher requirements for heating, cooling and ventilation, use component 617 (Complete HVAC) for HVAC costs.

The following are not included in the costs: Furnishings, kitchen equipment, restaurant fixtures and signs.
