This occupancy also includes savings and loan institutions where the design is similar to a bank. Exteriors have some ornamentation at all quality levels with the better qualities using stone, ornamental concrete, brick and/or solar glass. The interiors have plaster or drywall with special detailing in some areas. There are additional general administrative office floors that are not included in occupancy 304 (Bank).
