Small coin-operated car wash for self-serve user operation, usually an open bay structure with enclosed equipment room constructed of masonry, steel panels or wood frame with siding or stucco. The costs include concrete floors and sump, roofing and bay wall finish commensurate with the quality. Low cost includes only partial bay walls, while the good quality includes completely enclosed bays.
