184 Arena Shelter

These structures are open large, simple clear span riding or exercise arena shelters. A good show or exhibit facility includes some spectator viewing area commensurate with the quality level.

For lean-to extensions, use occupancy 560 (Equestrian Lean-To).

The shelters are usually built of wood frame or metal construction without walls and dirt or sand floors. The better qualities have high-level lighting with the spectator areas having concrete flooring. These units are generally not heated.

The following are not included in the costs: Fixtures or equipment such as seating, food preparation or training equipment.
