Large, open structures that include areas for ice skating, lobby, restrooms, and an equipment storage area.  Lounge, snack bar/restaurant, offices, locker or shower and training room facilities are commensurate with the quality as indicated.  Ice skating rinks include the basic floor and subfloor structure.
