This occupancy includes the entire continuation school facility, which includes a mixture of classrooms, multipurpose space, administrative offices, etc. The schools plant may consist of one building or several separate buildings, and encompasses grades nine or ten through twelfth and are generally much smaller in scope than the normal high school with limited support, assembly or athletic facilities.

The following are not included in the costs: Swimming pools, movable furnishing or equipment, exterior ground improvements (i.e., athletic fields), open shelters and site work.
