101 Bank Barn, Special Purpose

These are two-story dairy facility buildings that may include livestock stalls and hay/grain storage.  Common roof types are gambrel or arch to allow for loft areas.  Higher quality barns will include lighting, milk storage, plumbing, interior partitions, large openings, and plank or concrete floor systems.  Lower qualities are milking barns only and may have some slab ground floors with wood floors on the upper level and gable roofs.

The cost does not include lofts.
