Two single walls constructed of common clay brick and separated by air space. The walls are held together by ties placed in the mortar bed joints of the structure at various intervals. The air space provides a barrier against the penetration of moisture to the inner side of the wall and in the higher qualities is grouted and reinforced.
For face brick, add component ME (Face Brick).
Mortar, reinforcing (where necessary) and windows and doors appropriate to the given occupancy and overall building quality.
