A cost adjustment to account for the additional fill and structural perimeter requirements needed to create an interior floor system at a dock high level. Do not use this component if the dock height floor uses the exterior wall and site fill.
Use component DLR (Loading Dock with Roof) or DLW (Loading Dock without Roof) for the cost of an exterior loading dock.
Consider the size of the dock height floor when selecting a quality:
Low: 200,000 square feet
Excellent: 5,000 square feet
