This type of frame is characteristically found in low-rise commercial construction, typically Class C and D buildings, and is basically not fire resistive. Enter a percentage of the floor area for partially framed buildings.
Consider the size, spacing and composition of the supports when selecting the quality. Generally for floor frame, prefabricated members, such as web joists, are low quality, while site built members are high quality. Also take into consideration the thickness of the deck when selecting the quality.
