An elevated, covered concrete breezeway (a covered passage, open at each end, that passes between two structures, typically the main residence and a garage) with steps and a solid kneewall structure with glass (and screen) panels. The cost includes the floor structure (concrete slab on grade with a perimeter foundation and steps), the necessary wall structure to support the screen exterior wall cover, roof structure and cover, and ceiling structure and finish.
