The "Sort Order" lines on the Print Custom Components screen allow you to indicate the order in which you want to print custom components in a report. Each of the "Sort Order" lines has the following two fields:
"Sort by" (on the first line) and "Then by" (on the other lines): Indicate which fields to use for sorting from the following choices: Code, Name, Unit of Measure, M&S Source, M&S Section and Other Source.
Descending: Check this box if you want the report in reverse sorting order (e.g., if you select "Code" for "Sort by" and check "Descending," the report will print the highest component code first).
Example: To sort by M&S Source first, then M&S Section, then Name, the entries are:
