This is a non-building occupancy that allows you to create sections in your estimate (or entire estimates) that do not have a building associated with them. The following are the rules for non-building occupancies:
If you have a non-building occupancy in a section, it can be the only occupancy in the section.
You do not need to enter the following building data for a non-building occupancy: Class, Story Height, Total Floor Area and Number of Stories.
You can only add components from the following Construction Systems into a section with a non-building occupancy:
Miscellaneous Components (Fire Alarm Systems, Balconies)
