Made with stucco (exterior plaster) as the primary finish. Applied over an integral wire and paper, or an individual paper and wire over a solid sheathing. The stucco is composed of Portland cement base and sand. Stucco is normally applied in three layers. The first layer is called a scratch coat; the second coat is the brown coat; and the final layer is the dash or color coat.
