Use this component for areas of a building that do not have any heating, cooling or ventilation. This is mainly used to eliminate the default HVAC in buildings that typically have HVAC. It is not necessary to use it in farm buildings that do not typically have any heating (such as barns and poultry houses), since the default for these buildings is no heat.
